All the classes are personalized to your needs and interests and go at your own pace, so you can get the answers and confidence you need. The added benefit of private classes is avoiding the hassle of leaving the house, or sharing your class with an audience. Free - Since we don't have a standing mom meeting in Sussex County, I wanted to start one! This meeting will be held every third Thursday of the month at my home in Ocean View, Delaware.
Open to moms of all walks of life. As an experienced mom and Doula I can lead discussions and offer advice on crunchy mom topics such as breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering, prenatal and postpartum care, gentle parenting, and much more. Feel free to come seeking advice or just some new mom friends. Little ones are always welcome!
$100 - This personal meeting will ease your fears by educating you on your options for childbirth. Together, we create a document that will show your decisions regarding various options available to pregnant women. This is a great opportunity to discuss feelings that may arise as your birth approaches and get answers to your questions and concerns. $250 - Pregnancy and birth are physically demanding. Mental preparation and emotional support can go a long way towards helping you manage the intensity of your upcoming labor and birth. Ideally, you should take a childbirth class between weeks 20 and 36 of your pregnancy.

$100 - If your partner’s desire is to be your main support person, this class is perfect for them. I teach the tools and tricks of the trade on how to be the best birth coach for you in a crash course format! This partner class can be for your significant other or spouse, your best friend, your parent, or anyone else who you’ve chosen to support you. Have your birth plan in mind for this class, or combine this meeting with a Birth Planning class.

$100 - From how to give baby their first bath, to umbilical cord care, feeding and diapering, even how many dirty diapers to expect, newborns can be a challenge! I’ll answer all of your newborn care questions, offer information and resources, and help you create a postpartum plan that will ease your transition into parenthood. Together, we create a document that will be a reference for support during the early days, and help you achieve your goals as a new parent.

$100 - Learn about the basics of breastfeeding in the privacy of your own home, and how to get breastfeeding off to the best start. Partners welcome and encouraged to attend this class. You will have the ability to ask questions and get the information you need to start out breastfeeding.
This class can also be useful as a consult to get help, tips, and troubleshoot issues as needed once your baby is born.

$55 - 60 minute class begins with breathing instruction and an opening meditation. I offer classes for any level of practice. You may choose an invigorating Vinyasa flow or a slower paced, restorative class. I personalize every class for your physical abilities and stress points. We always end class in Savasana with five minutes of meditation.

$100 - During your belly binding session, I will show you the wrapping technique and teach you and your partner how to apply the wrap. Wrapping is safe as early as 2-3 days postpartum after a vaginal birth or 1-2 weeks after a surgical birth, depending on your comfort level and healing. I recommend that you wear your binder for a maximum of 6 hours per day for at least 2-4 weeks. I include the belly binding wrap and a herbal warming paste in the class price.
